When you work on different projects, with different people, sometimes it’s hard to have a good perspective of all the things you have to do.

You might need to check on every project separately to see all the things you have to do. Some of your tasks might be hidden in projects you don't check on often. It can get a little all over the place.

In Trello for example, you need to dig in all your boards to see everything you have to do.

Users told us it is important for them to know what they have to do at a glance and not miss anything.

This is why we created “All my to-dos”: a view that allows you to check all the things you have to do in one place, regardless of who assigned them or to what project.

My groups

To-dos shared within your groups

When you’re working on a project with people from your team or with your clients, you generally speak in a chat and get to-dos in another tool like Trello, Jira or Wunderlist, but the chat and the to-dos are not connected and things get lost.

This is why Done created groups, the to-dos from a group chat are also visible in your tab To-dos.

No need to go from an app to another to communicate with the same people all over again.

You can create group chats and a to-do list in it for:
- a team
- a project
- a client
- a partner

And all participants will have access to the same messages, to-dos, and the same files.

To-dos shared with your contacts

Even when working with someone directly, some stuff may still fall through the cracks, right?

With Done it's different. Everything is available in the same chat and you can create to-dos for each other or for yourself, directly from the chat or from the tab To-dos.

You can create a one-to-one chat and a to-do list in it with:
- a colleague
- a member of your team
- your boss
- a client or partner

It’s faster and better streamlined to know what yourself and others have to accomplish.


Assign a to-do to multiple persons

In Done, it's easy to assign a to-do to several people at once.
1. Create a to-do
2 Assign it to as many people as needed
3. Send it!
4. Each of them receives the to-do and will be able to complete it at their own pace.

Create a to-do from a message in one click or swipe

You can also create a to-do when you receive a message by clicking on the message or swiping it to the left. Turn a piece of text into an actionable item for your team players in a swipe. It's that easy.

Sort to-dos

You can see the to-dos the way you want: order it manually, by creation date, deadline, alphabetical order... Get your to-dos the way you want it.

Drag and drop to-dos

When you use the manual order, it's easy to grab a to-do and move it to change the order of priorities

Mark to-dos as important

When you really want to make a to-do special, you can use the "star" icon to mark it as important. All users will see that this to-do is important.
